Stone Protect keeps surfaces clean and new looking and does not alter the appearance. It is a proven green sealing technology that uses nanotechnology components to permeate below the surface and create a tight breathable stain and water repelling bond. A good rain or soapy rinse will clean off stains easily from the surface. Stone Protect does not alter the slip and fall of the surface and is not a topical sealer. It resists black ice from forming on concrete surfaces such as sidewalks and bridges. Graffiti can be removed using "Elephant Snot" graffiti cleaner and a 1500 PSI power wash. Chewing gum removes with proper cleaning equipment and does not leave stains or "white spots" after removal.

Easy to Install: Will not leave footprints or roller marks, it can be brushed, sponged, ragged, rolled, or broomed into surfaces. For large jobs installers use a clean pump sprayer followed by back rolling the material in. Most Stone Protect jobs are installed by Do-it-Yourself clients with no background in applying coatings.

Zero VOC: No Volatile Organic Compounds, therefore it does not off-gas toxic chemicals into the air we breathe. It will not harm plants or animals so it can be sprayed outdoors without having to cover grass and plants.

Long Lasting: Installations several years old still perform, depending on foot traffic and usage the product will last 3 -10 years.

UV Proof: The formula is not affected by sun/UV damage.

Coverage: 200 - 600 square feet depending on the porosity of the material. Concrete will yield 200 sq. ft., granite tile will yield 600 square feet.
