This Festool StickFix® Granat Sandpaper reduces the need to fear low VOC! New low VOC clear coats are very environmentally-friendly, but are often made from thermoplastic. When these clear coats heat up, they become soft, tend to smear and cause the abrasive to clog in an instant. In short, they pose a real headache for abrasive manufacturers.
Granat has an innovative structure with closed grit coating and special sheathing around the grit that guarantees outstanding material removal, fewer blockages and a significant reduction in the clogging of abrasives.
Granat is also suitable for plastics, mineral materials and acrylic and offers extreme versatility in coarse and fine sanding applications.
